Guy Spicola
Guy "Butch" Spicola (born February 27, 1938) is an American former politician in the state of Florida.
Spicola was born in Tampa. An attorney, he attended the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1960 and a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1962.〔http://archive.flsenate.gov/data/Publications/Archive/SenateHandbooks/pdf/74-76%20Senate%20Handbook.pdf〕 In 1966, he was elected to the Florida House of Representatives for the 64th district. He was redistricted to the 62nd district in 1971, and the 69th district in 1973.〔http://www.uflib.ufl.edu/fefdl/florida/House19672001.html〕 He was elected to the State Senate for the 22nd district in 1974 and served until 1979.
